I got this lamp for my daughter's room. The thing bother me most is the glass lamp shade which has nothing to secure it. It relies on two light bulbs to keep it in place. The top part of the wooden pole is thicker than the bottom which makes the lamp much shakier even though the base is heavy. In addition, I had a lot of clean up to do. It was stored for a long time, therefore, the foam protecting the lamp all broke up into tiny beads. The wood is not solid. Conclusively, you get what you paid.
