I was in the market for an affordable 6 person expandable table for up to 8 on special occasions. Beacuse I am on the shorter side, I also wanted it in normal table height (not counter/pub height). After looking around for a bit, I selected the soho 7 piece set. It arrived quick, set up was easy, and looks great. Seems pretty stable and solid. Chairs have lots of padding and are very comfortable. The chairs are similar, if not the exact ones, I see in stores like Costco, Target, or Wal-Mart. So picking up another 2 chairs won't be a problem, but spacing might be a little tight from the looks of it. The one downside was that within minutes of moving the table into my dining room, my toddler knicked it throwing her sweater on the table. You may want to invest in some placemats or table covers to keep the table top mark free.

This dining room set far exceeded my expectations. The picture does not do it justice. The wood is beautiful- it has a cherry cast to it so it matches my cabinetry perfectly. The chairs are very cushioned. We will spend many hours dining and playing games on Christmas Day. It was a bargain. Only problem is, because it is shipped freight, I have a pallet to get rid of. The carboard (and there is a ton of it) was put out with recycling, but I think the wind sailed the one box several Counties over! Don't hesitate on this one!

It looks way more expensive, I did lots of shopping around and this one caught my eye because of price and looks, its way better quality that some of the store ones that I got to see, If you are looking for value this is the dining set for you

I did not have time to assemble this dining set as of yet therefore I cannot comment on the quality but I can comment on the excellent service from this company. The head of the shipping department is very personable and made sure that I received my items in a timely fashion/just in time for the holidays. I will definitely order from them again.
