Ordered this about 2 weeks ago, shipped about a week later, delivered on day 16 after the order via a home delivery trucking company. Was able to select the time/day of delivery so I could ensure I was home.
Wood is a combination of solid hardwood for most of the verticles and small stuff, and fingerjoint for large flats (table surface and chair seats) Overall wood is free of defects and very nice looking, you have to look to see most of the fingerjoint.
There are some variations in the stain (excess not wiped off) and a couple thin spots on the undersides of the chairs. Overall look is great, just dont expect it to be perfect.
Took about 2 hours to assemble it all (solo) using basic handtools. 13mm wrench provided to attach table legs is just a cheap stamped metal wrench, easier to use a socket and ratchet if you have them available. Chairs assemble with provided Allen wrench, but you will need a #2 philips and a hammer to complete assembly.
Overall, its not the highest quality in the world, but its very nice and very sturdy for the money. Hard to beat the look for the money, would definately recommend to a friend.

I received my 7 piece Arts and Crafts Dining set and was absolutely delighted at first. We put it together and we're very happy with the results, even though there was a small chip on the stain of the leaf of the table. The table and chairs were already put together, therefore un-returnable, so we thought we would make do. Then as the weeks went by, we started to notice more and more imperfections with the table. Some are minor and we are fine with living with them, and others are just plain unacceptable. Here are the issues that we have with our particular table:
A chip in the stain on the leaf
A very large crack in the actual table top
A small chip that needed to be glued on one of the chairs
Another small crack on another chair
A chair that has the finish peeling off of it day by day
I am very disappointed because the table could be quite nice. We were also planning on buying the matching buffet, but of course we will be looking into other products of other companies, because the company obviously has no regard for the quality of the product they are selling. I know that your prices are lower than other furniture companies, but I don't think I should have to pay $650 for a set as damaged as this one.

7pc Mission Style Solid Hardwood Dining Table & 6 Chairs Set my wife picked this out and its a very nice and heavy set. Nothing cheap about this set. Well worth the money.

We received this dining room set about a month ago - and have received so many compliments. At first I was worried that the low cost would mean low quality, but we were so pleased when it arrived. Solid quality and very appealing in style.

I was very leary about purchasing such a big ticket item sight unseen but based on the previous reviews I went for it. I was not disappointed. It is a beautiful set and very impressive. It feels sturdy and looks expensive. The assembly was hard on my husband but he was probably trying to go too fast. There were A LOT of screws! It took a few weeks to get here but I was also very happy with the delivery service. I would definitely recommend this set to a friend.
