For the price, and what all you get, it's a great deal. It's thick ceramic, easy to clean up, and is just big(or small depending on how you look at it) to fill up the corner of the counter without overdoing it (at least in my space!)
My only worry is that the silver part that dispenses soap looks kind of cheap (it's plastic) and note that the arm goes straight out, so if small hands are using this (or you intend them to use it) then soap will most definitely go all over the place (or lotion, whatever you want to use it for)..
Otherwise it's great!

When I received the product one piece was broken.
I called them and they told me to email i picture. Within a couple days I had the piece sent to my house free of charge. They were very nice and fast.

Although 1 of 2 sets ordered broke I got an immediate replacement in excellent condition. They need to wrap it up in bubble wrap. I like the concept of things on one tray. It makes my bathroom look uncluttered.

First about the product itself.
Not all the toothbrushes fit in it.
The folder for toothpaste is so small that u cant put two small toothpastes in it.
Since it didn't fit my needs i emailed the customer service only to find out that i have to pay
the return shipping which is 14$.
Now i am stuck with it with no use to me.

Like the above person stated I also recieved mine broken...thank you UPS...everything was packaged nicely so it was because UPS tossed it around like normal...but I contacted the seller and it was after normal office hours and I was still responded to within a few hours and they agreed to ship me a new one. By what I can tell if I piece the current one back togther it looks like it looks great and everything is deffinatly made of thick ceramic (so this must have been dropped off a train and ran over by the same train by UPS...lol)...All in all great product and great seller.
