 No Gold Plate Enclosed Jan 19, 2009

I ordered this product for my mother who wanted only the gold dragonfly plate (as pictured). However, when I received this item, there was no gold dragonfly plate enclosed (all of the plates were green and/or blue). Furthermore, I had to email the company and request a return number before I could return the package, and I had only fourteen days from the date of delivery to return the package. While the package was in route to the company, the item was apparently broken. So,in the end, I spent $20.00 to buy and $12.00 to return, and received nothing that I wanted. I would not recommend this product since it does not arrive as pictured or this company because they are not "user-friendly."

Product was well packed & items in perfect condition.
What I noticed however is colors in the photo do not represent the colors I received. The photo shows bright intense colors but the plates I have are pale & much lighter tones of these colors. This is ok with me but if another buyer wants the stronger colors, I suggest you contact seller or purchase something else.
I suspect the manufacturer does not have good quality control for the colors therefore colors likely vary with each box.
