I had a good experience from start to finish with this order. The package arrive as scheduled. It was packed well. The coffee table and and end tables are beautiful. Perfect, sturdy. nicely built, easy to assemble... took me less than an hour. Would definitely order from them again.

the design is great with allen wrench assembly (allen wrench included) and the screw holes are milled metal for a tight smooth fit and ease of set up. Packaging was great with no concern of scratches due to the extensive packaging foam (including spray in foam). No multiple types of parts or screws, just the same screws and washers for all. Set up was a breeze and they are gorgeous. Wish more mail order products were this simple!
Very pleased with the purchase.

These tables are great. They are great looking, good quality and assemble well. Assembly took about an hour for all three pieces -- once you got them out of the boxes. They were beautifully packed, but time-consuming to unpack. Arrived in 2 boxes that were about 100 lbs each, but that is because of the heavy glass inserts and solid wood frames. They all arrived in perfect condition. We are very, very happy with them. They should last for years.

The table came carefully packaged and was easy to assemble. They came in two packages and were very heavy to carry up three stories of staircases. Though I wouldn't jump on the tables or sit on them, the set seems fairly sturdy. Just be careful moving it across a room as the unattached glass panel might jostle.I was comparing this coffee table/end table set with a single coffee table similarly priced from Crate and Barrel that had drawers. This set is by far the better deal because of the extra end tables. My only complaint is that the glass is not attachable to the table itself so once in a while a guest would surprise himself by tipping the glass. (The Crate and Barrel coffee had glass panel that seemed to be unattached and movable too.) So I would not recommend these tables if you have young kids that like to climb on furniture. But otherwise this is a great set. The tables look expensive. The stain is not perfect on a few of the legs, but it's hardly noticeable because the coloring goes great with a dark brown/green/tan Avington Slipper chair I got from Target. I've had them for two months and so far no scratches or odd stains despite some heavy coffee/tea drinking and snacking on top of the main table. The end tables are nice to set a laptop on. The coffee table can easily fit a game of Monopoly or some other board game and is high enough for adults to sit around it on the floor comfortably.
