Worst Furniture I've Ever Owned Aug 23, 2011

In a nutshell this is the worst furniture I have ever assembled. Quality is just terrible: The plastic nuts would spin not allowing you to tighten the assembly screws, although packaging was not damaged it came with plenty of damage from the factory including a scratched front door and torn laminate. Unit fully assembled feels unstable at best. My favorite part is the manual where Step 1 of the instructions is the entire assembly followed by Step 2 being shy of "now place unit against wall and hang clothes in it". The problem being that print quality of instructions is so difficult to read assembly takes forever; using process of elimination becomes necessary when hunting for the right parts. Again probably one of the worst pieces of furniture I have ever assembled.

After paying substantial amount for shipping, the driver was "afraid" to back down our driveway to deliver it. We had to go to the highway to pick it up, load it in our truck ourselves, and then drive it home and unload it. When I called customer service, they told me the supervisor only works until 11:00 am and I had to call back. This is horrible service!

Also when we finally got the packages into the house, one of the wardrobes was damaged on two different pieces.

Do NOT buy from this company!
